Alton Brown: “food scientist,” “culinary analyst,” he’s a tv personality on FoodNetwork bringing together the science and the cooking world. Brown is a teacher first and then a chef. He breaks down complex concepts and creates experiments with food.  

With Alton Brown, we would be advertising an “At Home Food Experiment” for kids of all ages. It would combine science and food: Alton Brown’s specialty. An experiment box would be sent to every home that subscribes to the “Munch & Learn Box.” They would be sent utensils, supplies not in an average kitchen, and ingredients.
